Melo's Place is a cozy little apartment located in the town of Costa del Silencio,

on the southern tip of Tenerife’s coastline.

It’s a quiet town mostly inhabited by foreign residents living in apartment complexes.

Some of these are available for short-term rentals. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés around.

The nightlife takes place in other parts of the island, so the area offers plenty of peace and relaxation.

The location is excellent and very strategic — just 15–20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport,

and about the same distance by car to the main tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Américas.

The town has two small beaches: one sandy, and another beautiful rocky one beneath the Montana Amarilla hill, where you can access the water via swimming ladders from a small pier.

The apartment was created by converting a studio into a small flat.

It features a small separate bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, which can be left open or divided by sliding doors.

The bedroom window faces the inner part of the complex.

The main room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests, and a spacious work desk.

The main room connects through large sliding doors to a sunny terrace, which features a table, a coffee corner, and plenty of flowers and greenery.

The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet with a bidet spray, a washbasin, and a washing machine.

The complex also has a large swimming pool suitable for proper swimming, as well as smaller children’s pools and sun loungers for your relaxation. The pool is not heated.
